GWF Nutrition directly, the end-user will be asked to:

Confirm that
this is the first purchase of Joint Aid for Dogs and that the whole
250gm / 500gm pouch has
been used in line with the recommended directions prior to the claim.

Provide
details of the dog, associated problem(s) and any other details deemed important by
GWF Nutrition to assist both the end-user and future development.

At the
discretion of GWF Nutrition, the end-user may be offered:

A complimentary free pack
to continue the trial. If this option is taken, proof of purchase
(sales receipt) may be requested. No future claim can be made after
accepting a complimentary free pack.

b)
|
A full refund.
In this case the, proof of purchase (Sales

Payments will
be made to the value of the Joint Aid for Dogs as indicated on the proof of purchase up
to, but not exceeding the prevailing recommended retail price. Please allow up to 28 days for
payment to be made.

Only one
claim may be made per household.

This guarantee applies to 250gm and 500gm pack sizes only.

GWF Nutrition reserves the right to refuse a claim and/or cancel this guarantee at any
