The difference is quite startling
Please see the attached pictures of ‘Sadie’ my 12.2 unregistered New forest Pony, who is competing in endurance. I have also attached a picture (the third one of her standing) of her 12 months ago, when I first bought her and before she was fed on Equilibra products and before she started her endurance training.
The difference is quite startling I think and she has grown from a fairly weak looking pony into a small endurance "horse" even though she is now 17 years old...Which just goes to show that it is never too late to change a horse's diet. Our combined ages are 80 years as I am now an OAP of 63!
She went from Novice to Open in 3 rides and now, this year, has progressed through the grades to hopefully achieving her Advanced final ride in June. She has already completed 68 Kms very successfully and will go for the 80Kms in 3 weeks time.
She is competing in the 2 day 80km race at the Golden Horseshoe Ride next Monday and Tuesday. We then hope to compete in our first Endurance Race Ride (CER) at Boconnoc house, here in Cornwall in July.
By all means use the pictures on the website. I have been using them on my horses and ponies now since I think 1997!
With best wishes,
