About this Guide

The GWF Nutrition Feeding Guide has been created to provide horses and ponies with all the nutritional requirements necessary to provide health, condition and stamina at three levels of workload.

When using this guide, it’s important to understand that the quality of grazing, hay and haylage, which makes up the bulk of the diet, may vary.  As such, personal judgement should always be used when feeding.

  • Ad-lib Haylage
