All claims must be made directly with GWF Nutrition by phoning: +44 (0)1225 708482. Claims will not be recognised if presented by a stockist and/or agent on behalf of the claimant.
The claimant must be able to confirm:
- That this is their first purchase of the product and it has been used in line with the recommended feeding directions.
- The entire contents of the pack has been used.
- Details of the animal, including any associated health concern(s) the animal may have and any other details deemed important by the GWF Nutrition representative. This information may be used to provide advice to the claimant and future development.
At the discretion of GWF Nutrition, the claimant may be offered a complimentary free pack to continue the trial. If this option is taken, a proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt) may be requested. No future claim can be made after accepting a complimentary free pack. Alternatively, a full refund may be offered in which case the original proof of purchase must be available.
- Payments will be made to the value of the product as indicated on the proof of purchase up to, but not exceeding the prevailing recommended retail price. Please allow up to 28 days for payment to be made.
- Only one claim may be made per household.
- This guarantee applies, only, to products showing the Money Back Guarantee logo on their packaging.
- GWF Nutrition reserves the right to refuse a claim and/or cancel this guarantee at any time.
